We are beyond proud to publish our first TDG Annual Sustainability Report, outlining our Group's progress in embedding sustainability across our diverse portfolio. This report is a way for us to track and measure our impact, and our commitment to responsible business practices and long-term value creation.

TDG joins the call of the UN for immediate and far-reaching actions to reduce emissions, thus keeping the global temperature threshold of 1.5C above pre-industrial levels. To help achieve this, TDG is committed to a net-zero emission standard in its operations by 2050. Beyond this environmental commitment, TDG also recognizes and works actively towards its goals for sustainable development.

TDG sees its stakeholders as valuable partners and shall work with them within globally accepted tenets on governance and transparency, and respect values that give importance to human rights of individuals to live a decent life, adhering to the goals set in the UN SDGs. Additionally, TDG has adopted an Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy taking into consideration its dream and purpose of helping co-create a better Philippines and becoming a force for good in the world.

Our ESG Framework

  • Environmental Pillar

    Refers to risk management practices, use of natural resources, greenhouse gas emissions, and resiliency against climate risks. TDG values its impact to the environment by following relevant quality management and compliance frameworks and by monitoring its carbon emissions, working towards zero carbon emissions by 2050.

  • Social Pillar

    Refers to an organization’s relationships with its stakeholders and its impact on the communities in which it operates. TDG sees its ESG strategy as a major stakeholder engagement program, leaving no one behind. TDG strictly follows laws, policies, and sustainable frameworks in labor and stakeholder engagement.

  • Governance Pillar

    Refers to how a company is led and managed, including how transparency and accountability are promoted by leadership. TDG's Board of Directors and top management are composed of highly qualified, competent, and respected individuals who follow the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
